Important: Please note there have been changes made to the flow here - the cluster coordinator will first generate the keys and register them as was done in the past, however once this is done cluster participants must participate in verifying that the keys registered match those that they participated in a DKG for by following **Step One. Only when 5 independent participants have verified the correct 20 keys were registered should the Cluster Coordinator proceed with submitting the keys to the Lido registry.**
