What the vote is about
This document outlines methods to verify all the calls embedded in the Lido DAO on-chain vote #204.
The vote covers the following changes:
- Launch NEST (Automated LDO Buyback and Liquidity Provisioning) in treasury-only mode, with all purchased LDO sent directly to the DAO Treasury. Under the cumulative surplus model described in LIP-36, NEST converts a fixed portion of staking revenue above the operating baseline into LDO via CoW Swap. Snapshot decision. Audits & deployment verification: Ack3 NEST, Ack3 Stonks 2, MixBytes TokenRateNotifier. Items 1.1.1 - 1.1.4, 2 - 9.
- Add LOL stablecoins Easy Track factories for payments and adding/removing allowed recipients, with a limit of $8M per 6 months, as per Snapshot decision. Items 1.1.5, 1.1.6, 12 - 14.
- Replace CSM Update Share Limits Easy Track factory to correct the per-motion change cap to 0.5%, as proposed on the forum. Audit & deployment verification: MixBytes. Items 10, 11.
