What the vote is about

This document outlines methods to verify all the calls embedded in the Lido DAO on-chain vote #203.

The vote covers the following changes:

• upgrade the Staking Router to v3 (SRv3) to enable balance-based accounting and support for 0x02 validators;
• upgrade the Community Staking Module to v3 (CSMv3);
• add the Curated Module v2 (CMv2) to the Staking Router.

The changes follow the DAO-approved Snapshot proposals LIP-35 (SRv3) and LIP-33 (CMv2 and CSMv3).

Dual Governance Items:

• Lock the upgrade window and record initial protocol state. Item 1.1.
• Upgrade Lido Core contracts to enable SRv3, reassign roles and permissions, set Triggerable Withdrawals Gateway (TWG) exit limits, and register CircuitBreaker Committee as the pauser for the new Consolidation Gateway and TopUp Gateway sealables. Items 1.2 - 1.19.
• Upgrade CSM contracts to v3, reassign roles and permissions, enable Identified DVT Cluster type, and register CSM Committee as the pauser for the CSM sealables. Items 1.20 - 1.56.
• Add CMv2 to the Staking Router, assign roles and permissions, and register CM Committee as the pauser for the CMv2 sealables. Items 1.57 - 1.68.
• Finalize the upgrade and validate target state. Item 1.69.
